Approximately 2-3 weeks after sending in the hair sample, you will receive a detailed customized report via email. The report contains a visual graph and very thorough explanations for each mineral/metal tested by the laboratory. I was very impressed with the thoroughness of the report, the clarity of the presentation, and the supplemental information that helped me understand it. I am distressed over the findings, however -- worried about my poor pony who has so many heavy metals in the toxic range. Really anxious to get started on his personal supplement.

3rd Hair Analysis

I am so grateful for the Hair Analysis service by Equine Concepts. This is the 3rd horse I have done this with. And it has always been worth the money. I can see the accuracy with the symptom of my horse. Unfortunately it was too late for the first horse. But the 2nd horse the formula was perfect and she is much much better even though she is old. And I am hopeful this 3rd horse will have great results as well with her special formula. Thank you for your great customer service.

Horse hair analysis on two horses

I found the information to be very informative. Two horses are being fed essentially the same diet and results were slightly different on each horse. I can only conclude the difference is how each of them processes. It is obvious that the toxic levels which each has in different and same areas needs to be addressed for optimal nutritional support. I am looking forward to each getting their HHA formula specific to their problems and progressing with better health for them. I am grateful for this testing to be offered.
