Energy™ is a complete amino acid supplement designed for futurity prospects and high performance horses. It promotes the recovery of these horses by providing the amino acids which are associated with healthy muscle tissue. Energy™ is also widely used on the show circuit to achieve outstanding hair coat shine.
It is also recommended for those hard keepers during the winter months. Energy™, as it's name implies, provides additional needed calories for horses to generate body warmth during cold, wind, rain and snow. Freezing temperatures can cause horses to use body reserves in order to maintain core body temperatures, leading to weight loss. Energy™ is now formulated with stabilized flax and a stabilized rice bran formula. Rice bran typically contains 20% oil, composed of the three major fats; palmitic, oleic and linoleic, and important vitamins such as Thiamin, Riboflavin and Niacin. Flax is rich in Essential Fatty Acids, magnesium, potassium, B vitamins, protein, zinc and fiber.
